After 30 years in leadership, Jo saw the same pattern again and again. Leaders were promoted for their experience then expected to lead through others, but no one showed them how.

Today, she helps organisations build coaching capabilities in their leaders so conversations shift, and culture follows.

She is also the Co-founder of Coaching Culture Ltd, a digital coaching and software business that gives leaders and managers the confidence to have coaching conversations.
