We don’t sell your data. We share it only with:
• Service providers (processors) who help us operate the Site and deliver services — e.g. website host (Squarespace), email marketing (Squarespace Email Campaigns) scheduling (Calendly), video (Zoom/Teams), payments (Stripe/PayPal), analytics (Google Analytics 4), file storage (Microsoft 365).
• Professional advisers (accountants, legal counsel) and authorities when required by law.
• Event partners if you register for a co-hosted event (we’ll tell you at the point of signup).
We ensure processors commit to appropriate confidentiality, security and data protection terms.
5) International transfers
Some providers are outside the UK/EEA (e.g., US). Where we transfer data internationally, we use lawful safeguards such as the UK IDTA/Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses, plus additional measures where appropriate.
6) How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above:
• Enquiry emails/form submissions: up to 24 months after last contact.
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then we retain minimal suppression records.
• Client records/contracts/invoices: typically 6 years after the end of our engagement (legal/tax).
• Analytics data: typically 14–26 months in aggregated form.
We may keep data longer to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, least-privilege account access, and regular updates.
