Hi, I'm Jo Wright.
For more than 30 years, I've worked with leaders, teams and organisations across a range of sectors, helping them navigate change, develop their people and perform at their best.
Over the years, I've become fascinated by one question:
Why do some leaders bring out the best in people, while others create dependency?
Again and again, I've seen the same thing.
The organisations that thrive are the ones that develop leaders who create thinkers, not followers.
Leaders who ask more, tell less.
Leaders who build confidence, ownership and accountability in others.
That's why I'm so passionate about coaching and leadership development.
