Hi there! I’m Jo Wright. Speaker, Bestselling Author, Leadership Coach, and Co-Founder of Coaching Culture.
After more than 30 years in business, if there’s one thing I’ve learned that never changes:

For the past decade, I’ve helped organisations transform how their leaders show up, communicate and bring out the best in people.
I’m also the author of ‘No More Sh*t Managers: Seven Steps to a Coaching Culture’ a book filled with real stories, practical tools and the kind of honesty that makes leaders sit up and realise that there is a better way.
Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of business leaders who want less firefighting, fewer difficult conversations, and more leaders who genuinely inspire and engage their teams.

You’ll get seven live 90-minute virtual sessions, each one packed with practical tools you can apply straight away. You’ll also receive a workbook, templates and ready-to-use resources, plus a personal coaching and mentoring session with me to focus on your specific culture goals.

All live sessions run on Fridays at 11:00am (UK time). We’ll meet at the same time each week for 7 weeks so you can plan it easily into your diary.

Don’t worry, all sessions are recorded and shared privately with the group. If you can’t make one, you’ll be able to catch up in your own time.
