After over 30 years in leadership, I've learned something simple.
Most leaders aren't struggling because they lack knowledge.
They're struggling because nobody has shown them how to have different conversations. Like many leaders, I spent years thinking I was helping others by solving their problems, providing all the answers and generally running around like a headless chicken.
Until I discovered how to use a coaching style, creating more ownership, accountability and less reliance on me. And wow, did the team results improve!
So, today I help organisations build leadership capability in their leaders through my signature coaching programme, leadership coaching and keynote speaking.
Because when leaders ask more and tell less, everything changes.
